I don’t know why, but for some reason this summer I really wanted to shoot some sunflowers. Even though there must be millions of sunflower pictures out there, I just wanted try my hand at it. I mean, sunflowers are pretty cool as far as flowers go after all. So for weeks now I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled for the perfect sunflowers to shoot, but hadn’t spotted quite what I was looking for. Finally, the other day I happened to spy the perfect patch of sunflowers on the side of the road. Yup, the perfect patch of sunflowers. The perfect patch of wilting, drooping and near dead sunflowers. At least there were a few that were still standing.
