As you may recall, I started a book to put together all of my favourite 2013 concert photos from around the area. Well, the new year is here, which means the book should be just about finished. Well it is…. almost. All 55 pages of it. Hey, it’s only January 2nd, so I’m not that far behind. Although I had initially hoped to have it ready before the new year. What can I say, scheduling is hard.

But life can get in the way sometimes. The holidays are a busy time with the family so I haven’t been able to work on this project as much as planned over the past couple of weeks. As I type this my son is begging me to go tear apart our couch and make a pillow fort. Which I have to admin, does sound fun, so I’m hurrying two write this blog post so I can go play. Once he’s back to school, then I can get back to work… and watching Netflix too much.

But, after multiple mulligans and a lot of tinkering, the book is just about ready to send to my editor (i.e. a friend who I’ll get to look it over) and I’m sure there will be some last minute tweaks and updates, but soon after I’ll be sending it off to get the printer to make sure everything is just right.
